Orders and acceptance

Submitting an order is an offer to purchase. An order is accepted after we confirm it and verify product availability, delivery serviceability and payment where applicable. We may contact you to clarify order details or cancel and refund an order that cannot be fulfilled.

Prices, taxes and shipping

Prices are displayed in Indian Rupees and include applicable product taxes unless stated otherwise. Any delivery charge is disclosed before the order is placed. Promotional prices and offers apply only for their stated period and conditions.

Payments

Payments may be processed by authorised third-party payment providers. You agree to provide accurate billing and delivery information and to use a payment method you are authorised to use. We do not store complete card or UPI credentials on this website.

Cancellations, returns and refunds

Cancellations, returns, replacements and refunds are governed by our Refund & Return Policy. Delivery timelines and charges are governed by our Shipping Policy; both policies form part of these terms.

Lumora botanical camphor is for external aromatic use only. Follow the instructions and safety precautions supplied with the product. Never leave a flame unattended and keep products and burners away from children, pets and flammable materials.
